I purchased a Halloween Costume online for my son.It arrived and was too big.

I paid with Paypal and apparently when you do this you can not return the item to the store you have to pay for return shipping out of your pocket. I called customer service who is rude and not helpful who informed me that all costume sales are final. This was not noted on the receipt and in fact there is a sticked on the costume package that states "This is a special occasion item and can only be exchanged/returned if accompanied by original receipt, packaging is still intact and item has never been worn. The receipt says "all clearance sales are final".

This was not clearance and my return met all of the listed criteria.

This company is horrible and will never again get my business I am also filing a complaint with PayPal.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Delivery was fast.

I didn't like: Customer service, Conflicting return policy, Website, No in store returns with paypal.

As with any company, if you pay with Paypal, you cannot return instore. You can always exchange though. Common sense.
