NEVER purchase from their online store.I ordered 4 items online & I used a coupon.

About 3 hours after I ordered these items, I noticed emails from telling me that 2 items were "sold out." Thus, charging full price for the remaining 2 because this negated my coupon. So I called when I got off of work that day. The customer service person told me orders can only be canceled within an hour of the initial order. After some back & forth, he told me that he could cancel it after all & that I would receive a confirmation email.

Two days later with no confirmation email to speak of, I get a notice that a third item (out of four) was now "out of stock." I called for the second time and was informed that my order was NEVER canceled & I still could not cancel it. So I was LIED to. LIED to. And there is no manager or loyalty department.

You're stuck with the person that answers the phone.

Now I'm stuck paying full price and shipping for one thing that I tried to cancel twice.NEVER AGAIN!!
