Placed an order which didn't go through properly due to their website having issues, the order was eventually placed with the wrong address which changed itself after confirming order, emailed 5mins later telling them to change shipping address to match billing address. They email back saying it was outside their 1hour period to change the address and that I should have called (their phone lines where closed). I then sent a very unhappy email about their pathetic options of what to do (send it back from an address I don't live at... That totally makes sense). They emailed back days later saying they passed the information on to warehouse to try and change and will let us know... 10days later they finally post. I have to email again to check what the shipping address is and they tell me its the wrong address and give the same options of returning it or waiting a week to see what happens and then send to the correct address.

These guys have no idea what they are doing and a site full of bugs, make sure you don't save credit card details as their accounts cross with each other at times and someone else might get your info.

To sum up couldn't change shipping address within first 15mins of getting an order, didn't ship for 2weeks and now waiting to see how many more weeks it takes to get this sorted.

Spend more than $100 a month in hot topic with that number going up a lot more before Christmas but not anymore.
