After spending more than $300, I received a wrong item. I went in the store to try and exchange it but they couldn't find that item online.

They gave me my money back and for all the trouble, the manager said to call a number for 25% off my next order. I tried calling that number to use for my next order but they wanted an order number. I talked to a couple people, one was a foreign woman who was difficult to understand and kept repeating the same thing, "I need an order number." I didn't know what she meant and she didn't tell me. They also asked for my name and email and yet they didn't have a record of what happened in the store.

I'm asking myself "who would hire these people?" I swear I had more trouble on the phone than in the store which someone should have given me a paper code.

I placed my order anyways. I also decided not to shop online again.
