I had somewhat a similar problem with our returns. My daughter had ordered online, which was fine, needless to say pricey for the cheapy material, they had provided.

I went into the store with my receipt to exchange the clothing for a smaller size, then said my receipt had expired a day before and could not get the full refund back! In order to reorder the clothes online because of the store did not have them in stock, I would have to pay an additional $13 on top of the $52, that I had to take a loss on already. I have tried to call but didn't have much luck, getting through.

I do have these two coupons of $15 and $25 off, in hopes of recouping my lost money. I'm outraged at their policies and really cringed at giving them my business.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $52.
