When attempting to order something online the site failed to process my debit card.

So I called and placed the order.

A week later I find that I had been charged but the order had never been placed.

I called hot topic and they told me they'd reverse the payment. But I was no longer able to purchase the items as they were sold out at that point. I am very irritated about all of this. I was expecting my clothes to be arriving but instead I find out I can't even buy these clothes I already bought.
