Placed an order for a tshirt to be shipped to account was linked to an email address that I rarely use so I changed it to a more current one to ensure I got the message letting me know my item was ready to pick up.Then I was unable to track my order and it didn't show up in my order history at all.

Emailed customer service who suggested I just call the store to check in on my shirt arriving which seems ridiculous and made no mention of why I couldn't track my order and did not attempt to help me at all. After seeking out help on the Facebook page I found out that if you change you email address while you have an order in process it can no longer be tracked.

The new email is LINKED to all my previous account information so the order should show up in the order history no matter what.Needless to say I won't be ordering from them ever again.
