Didn't receive item in the mail, the USPS is notorious for losing stuff in the mail. I have ordered a number of times however just missing 1 item and the fact that i have never returned or made a complaint or received a refund ever isnt enough.

They assume everyone is lying why would i lie about the cheapest thing to ever recieve a 8.07 item really?.

I think they are a fraudulent company who lies about shipping stuff but doesnt actually ship it. They lost a long time customer over 8.07 I will never shop there again especially after the encounter with their offshore hunduras call center, they lie and say thier names are amy and emily but thier not they can barely speak English they snicker and laugh at you why you are clearly upset about the situation they lie and say they are a supervisor refuse to transfer to an American call center and when i asked for a refund she pretended to give me one she added an order to my account and then canceled it which is illegal to do without my permission.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
