Waited an hour for the store to open, the manager or guy who opened the store gave me an ethical lecture and attitude for returning something to the store and ultimately made make the decision to never shop there again. His job is to respect Hot Topics return policy as an employee and his attitude was not welcomed and a bad representation of the company itself
